Our brief

We were delighted to be chosen for the full commercial office fit-out of Fisher German’s Banbury branch. Having successfully worked with Fisher German in the past and established a relationship with them, we were asked to tender a new project; a complete CAT B fit-out which encompassed many of the office areas at their Banbury branch.
This full fit-out included a customised overhaul of the main office space, boardroom, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, reception, kitchenette and washroom areas. The goal was to ensure that each space tied together seamlessly and reflected the cheerful and creative personality of the company, while still maintaining a professional demeanour for clients.

What we did

Our works were comprehensive, covering design elements such as decoration, flooring and bespoke furniture, which were created to fit with the ethos and personality of the company. We also provided behind-the-scenes work such as plumbing and electrics to ensure a fully functional space.
Overall, we implemented solid partitioning, Crittall glazed partitioning, flooring (carpets and LVT), seating, office furniture, work booths, decoration, joinery, bespoke joinery, ceramic tiling, plumbing, boiling taps, storage, WC refurbishment and electrics. All of these services tied together to fulfil the same goal – creating a fresh, contemporary office space which flowed well and communicated the company ethos.

The project statistics

We were set a budget of 270K, and the project took eight weeks to complete. During this time, our team was tasked with transforming over 3,800 sq ft of office space, and the new office was designed to be used by 20 – 30 staff members. Excellent planning from the very start enabled us to stay within budget and adhere to our schedule.

The handover

We were happy to help Fisher German realise their vision, and this was the first branch of a new fresh look for the company. All materials and finishes will be implemented into new branch refurbishments going forward, so that all branches can eventually benefit from the same consistency and quality that Banbury has enjoyed.
