“The Nottingham branch of international banking group Handelsbanken has completed a move into new office space in the heart of Nottingham’s professional services quarter. The business, which was previously based at City Gate East, has transferred its operations to 22a The Ropewalk, taking over an office suite formerly occupied by UHY Hacker Young. Commercial property agency NG Chartered Surveyors sealed the deal on behalf of Handelsbanken, which was founded in Sweden in 1871 and has more than 800 branches in 20 countries worldwide. The team of 14, headed by branch manager Larick Walker, moved into the new premises last month. Handelsbanken worked with specialist company Arc Business Interiors on the project from concept to completion, transforming the 2,250 sq ft office with new walls, floors and enhanced data and power supplies”
