John German Estate Agents – Lichfield

Here at Arc Business Interiors, we were very pleased to help the award-winning John German Estate Agents create a brand new office space in Lichfield – right across the street from their old office. This is the second branch for John German that the Arc team have had the pleasure of working on.

First, we spent some time with them to develop new brand guidelines for their properties which will eventually be replicated throughout the rest of the branches. Once the brand pack was developed, it was just a case of tweaking it to suit each site.

The Lichfield site came with its own challenges as the building is listed, and so this meant we were limited in certain areas. For example, the front window could only be painted in a small selection of colours. Planning permission also had to be granted to remove two internal walls to make the internal retail space big enough.

However, the traditional building features paired with modern colours and textures really elevated the design to make the space work. The building now feels bright, vibrant and most importantly, very welcoming.

Along with the design, we also completed internal decoration, flooring, timber cladding, the moss logos, the manifestation and the furniture.
