We have recently upgraded and refurbished a space at our HQ, transforming it into a stunning client experience lounge. This space showcases the very best of what our talented designers can achieve, including the latest trends in flooring, furniture and aesthetics.
It’s in this inspiring new lounge where we’ll meet with you, our clients, to discuss fresh ideas, present dynamic mood boards and 3D walkthroughs, and show you products up close. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new showroom where you can discover these design possibilities first-hand.
Comfort and creativity
Our very own Vicky Harrison led the project for designing our new client experience lounge, achieving a fresh, modern look that encapsulated what Arc Business Interiors is all about – comfort, productivity and creativity.
We chose to take a Scandinavian approach to the design. Celebrated for its earthy materials and clean contemporary lines, a Nordic style was the perfect aesthetic for a professional yet welcoming environment. A warm colour palette was selected to create a calm, tranquil feeling that would boost well-being and mood.
Texture, material, style
Every detail was carefully considered when designing our client experience lounge, reflecting the same level of attention that we provide to clients.
Each texture and material was chosen to work in synergy with one another to create flow and story. Specific materials were also incorporated for their durability to ensure that we balanced appearance with functionality.
Pieces were hand-picked from Shaw Contract’s EMEA product line, including carpet tiles that were chosen to reflect a sense of comfort and homeliness. Wood tones were also selected for the flooring, pulled from the Nordic LVT collection and recognised for its warmth and scratch-resistance.
Sustainability first
Arc Business Interiors is a champion of sustainable design and using responsibly sourced materials in our fit outs. To inspire this eco-friendly approach in our clients, we wanted to have a similar attitude when creating this space. That’s why all the Shaw Contract collections that were incorporated into our final design were carbon neutral and boasted a high recycled content.
